  • We process personal data, including email addresses, to effectively manage queries, complaints, or claims from parents and students. The primary benefit is the facilitation of direct and efficient delivery of services and communication. This processing is strictly limited to its intended purpose.
  • Public task – we have to collect or use your information to carry out a task laid down in law, which the law intends to be performed by an organisation such as ours. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure and the right to portability.

How long we keep information

Your data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was initially collected. Typically, we keep personal data for two years after your or your child’s last lesson. After this period, or upon your request to delete your data, we will remove your personal data unless there is a valid reason to retain it longer. Records may be kept as needed to meet regulatory or legal requirements.
